Error AIP-701 is easy to get rid of even if the source of
the problem is hard to pin down. There are several methods for getting the
Netflix app operational again, even if you’ve seen this error multiple times.
The below troubleshooting fixes will work on old and new Blu-ray players that
have been hit with this error after logging in.

Sign Out Of Netflix

By signing out of the app you will force it to reconnect
once it logs in again. Make sure to have your username and password handy for
this since not all versions of the app will save that information or allow for
auto login once you’re out of the account.

1. At the Netflix Home screen select Settings.

Restart The Player

This is a good way to get rid of multiple issues that are
connected to several different apps. With Netflix, it will break the old sync
information and force it to download fresh data. Users should attempt this
method if they have unreliable internet connections.

1. Using the Power button on the remote control, turn the
player off.
