Netflix on orojector

Why won't Netflix play on my projector everything else works but when I click on the Netflix icon nothing happens it just won't play

I'm a bit confused. Is the Netflix app in the projector itself or is it in a device that is hooked up to your projector?

A few details about your hardware would be helpful.
