Netflix won't load

I have tried every single suggestion in this thread, including the one that complained to have solved the problem. None of them work. I can't run Netflix on my Samung Smart TV.
Everyone involved blames sometime else. I have a fancy new mode, had Samsung reset my apps and a free speed upgrade from my cable provider. I am ready to throw everything out the window. Any new ideas?
