Netflix won't reload after exiting without resetting TV by unplugging it.

I have a UN40J5200AF which we have had for about 3 months. Netflix was working fine until the last couple of days. If we stop watching a movie and exit NetFlix and try going back to NetFlix it will not reload, just comes up with screen with NETFLIX displayed with a little spinning circle. I have to shut the tv off and unplug it and then plug it back in and when going back to NetFlix everything works as normal until we exit and issue starts all over again. Two other TV's, one Samsung and one another brand work fine.

Go into the maintenance menu and see if there is a newer firmware.

Thanks for your response, however I have done that already and no new firmware.

I am having the same exact problem with my 2 day old Tv. Do I wait for a solution or return the TV. I mainly bought it to watch Netflix and now I'm stuck unplugging it every time i want to watch Netflix.
