Network forever locked

It was showing enter network password,and I re-entered several times and it was locked.this time just showing forever locked what should I do?

Contact your service provider, nothing anyone else can do if the code you have for them is not working. I'm guessing you are not talking about some WiFi network password, that would not give you a message about it being locked.
