New ASUS $2,000 notebook does not achieve download speeds above .35 mbps.

Hello,

Verizon staff changed the card in my 4G-Lite Hot Spot, but it didn't help. ASUS support has ignored me for two weeks. I bought the computer a month ago and haven't been able to ftp. to my webpage because the upload times out.

Have you tested wired or WiFi connections without the 4G-Lite Hot Spot in the mix?
