New Asus Laptop Freedos Unstable

Hello All,

I have just been to buy myself a new laptop just on start up it comes up with a black screen asking for a command or filename I i have read a bit about it being the incorrect OS, if that is true how do I download the new Windows 10 without a usb. With the laptop came a Windows 10 disc I have put that in but still nothing is there a key I need to press or is the usb us the only way?

If this is a new laptop, it shouldn't be giving you any trouble, especially that. You need to contact the place you got it from or the manufacturer and see about a repair or replacement.
