New Asus Rog gl551jw-ds74 stuck on blue screen.

So, I just got my new laptop today. I started it up and set-up was going properly. I picked my language and then my region. I got to personalization and was picking the color scheme like i was instructed, but then i switched to the pick a wifi network somehow. And then i skipped back to my personalization screen, but the computer lagged out or something. Now all I have is a blue screen with the little circle and two arrows in the bottom right. So i can see the narrator and magnifier options, but that's the only thing on this blue screen. It's probably a relatively easy fix, but I just got the computer and don't know what's wrong. I haven;t even finished set-up.

I've tried restarting the laptop, but it only takes the laptop a second to come back to the same blue screen. How do I restart the entire process?

disconnected power supply and it prompted me to restart the entire setup process. Fixed
