New Gaming Laptop

Hi Tax time I'm planning to get a new computer, was gonna build a new desktop but my budget should allow me a half decent laptop. I've narrowed it down to 3, to be used for normal net usage and media consumption plus gaming.

The Toshiba only has 4 gb of ram but is cheap enough to buy a second stick of ram for 8gb and a new 24" 1080 monitor for my desktop and to use on the lappy when at home. Not knowing to much about laptops I thought I would ask people who would know. Budget is $1200 ish, willing to go maybe $100 or $200 dollars higher if need be.
