Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start with a hard reboot, remove its battery (if not built in) and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds the test it again.
- If it doesn't work your last option would be to try to reset it back to factory.
- Turn off your computer.
- Next to the power button (one the right hand side), there is a small button. Press that button. It's called the One Key Recovery button.
- On boot, you will be prompted with about 4 option, select Recovery.
- Just follow the on screen prompt and it should reset the PC.
