Recently purchased a new Acer Nitro 5 laptop. Just got here today, was setting things up, had a bunch of things downloaded, bloatware uninstalled, and a ton of Windows updates, etc. Everything was working perfectly, didn't notice a problem with the HDD at all yet. Restarted so everything could take affect, and instantly started having problems.
"Diagnosing your PC" for 30 minutes, only to get System service exception error. I tried doing a full reset, but even that failed 30% in. Now it's attempting to repair the C drive, but it's at 2% after like 30 minutes.
Should I let it spend however long fixing this computer? Or try a bootable USB? Or does it sound just screwed?
