Solved! New Laptop dies when Unplugged

Just bought a new asus scar II, charged it for around 4 hours then started using it. The battery bar on windows 10 shows its empty but says %100, Once I unplug the charger it dies instantly? This laptop is new, is this a known issue?

Sounds like a manufacturing defect. Would take it up with the place you bought it from or Asus.
