Hello. I bought my Lenovo y530-15INCH like 2 months ago. For first month i played games and whole time i have feeled that this computer should get more fps and be more capable than it was. So i send it to warranty and problem was motherboard. They changed it to new one. I got my laptop back and i thought that its good now. But still i have kind of poor performance. Watching task manager, disk usage and CPU usage goes up to 100% times. When i start laptop, it opens up really slowly. Sometimes 1-2 minutes. I have many lag spikes, sometimes surfing internet gets interupted by random freezing. Playing games like CS:GO i get those annoying freezes, sometimes ingame for 1-2 seconds. Loads long into games. Starting CSGO takes long time. In my opinion i have tried everything to fix it but still no success.

-Have updated drivers
-Fresh/clean install to windows

  • 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-8300H
  • NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti
  • Up to 2 TB HDD Intel® Optane™-Ready
  • 8GB RAM

I get around 200 fps in CSGO with lowest settings possible. Shouldnt it get little more? What i should do with the lag and overall performance?
