New laptop making faint crackling/ buzzing sound

I have a new asus notebook laptop and when it is turned on, it makes a faint crackling buzzing noise from the keyboard or vent. I turned the speakers off. I do not think it is the fan. The noise is louder when I plug in the charger.

I do have to same problem, did you fix it?

Is it having SSD or HDD? My old laptop had big crazy sounds from the harddisk when the laptop was on.
