New laptop won’t connect to home wifi

Just got a new Fujitsu laptop and when tried to connect to home WiFi, keeps saying “this site can’t be reached” and “ere_connection_lost” despite the WiFi icon saying we are connected and have internet access. Please help!

Press start-type "Control Panel", select Hardware and souns, under Devices and Printers --> select Device Manager, after it opens window, under network adapters , find your wifi and right click and uninstall, now reboot your laptop and check.(It should automaticly install drivers for wifi if not then download them and install)

The second solution could be by doing: Type in start CMD and run it as administrator, after it launched type "ipconfig /flushdns" and restart.
