With this comment you just did opposite of what you determined you would do.
 
When is Microsoft going to produce an OS that does not require reboots after almost every install?

Or is it not a Microsoft issue but the 3rd party software companies?
 
So far this all seems a bit pointless...ok a cool login screen that does absolutely nothing useful and a program to run your webcam (something I also don't use) looks like I'll be waiting for Windows 9- a shame too- I seeing the cool inovative things software can do. MSFT will probably throw in some new DirectX though that will be a baby step like DX10 was.
