New Nexus 7 accessories

Hi guys I just ordered my Nexus 7, it's already available for pre order on Play Store, I had to take 32GB model because of lack of SD Card slot. My Galaxy S 4 16GB model have only like 7GB space available to play with after all programs that comes with the unit. I'd like to ask if screen is exactly like on old version. Reason I am asking I want to order a Case and screen protector for it because I hate to damage it, can I use one made for old ? I mean in my understanding screen is identical but size of the unit is not. At list I would like to get screen protector and wait for the case. May be eBay have something already ? What do you think.

it appears that at least the speaker cut-out is unique to the model. I'd assume that would prevent an optimal fit in any case not designed specifically for the N7. Looks like it's a bit thinner so a case that fits an older Nexus a little snugly may work well, but that's an assumption. I'd not fret thought, as I'm sure there'll be a plethora of options in short order.

Screen protectors (the peel&stick variety) on the other hand should have no issues. I mean it's just surface dimensions, right? So long as your prefered protector meets (even exceeds it, if willing to trim) the size regs.

I have a few questions myself about accessories.
First about the 'SlimPort'. From what I've been able to glean SlimPort ≠ MHL. It requires a SlimPort adapter, of which I've only been able to find models that date from the N4 release (when, I gather, SlimPort was intro'd to the Nexus line). Anyone know of products coming to market with the N7 in mind? Or any recommendations on quality adapters.

Two more questions. I've no experience with NFC, any tips/tricks, anecdotes or horror-stories? And last one, on wireless charging. I'm assuming it's Qi? So any Qi-certified system will be compatible?

I actually ordered this screen protector and already got it today together with my Nexus 7 , so right on. Very cheap and regular protector. I mean it's a protector with nothing special on it, one thing I must say I managed to put it on without a single bobble and for some reason I fit it perfectly first time. I have about 2mm from top bottom left and right so it's right in the middle of the glass.

Now case is a bit diffirent story, first of all it's on some crazy sale, I am not sure if it's a knock off or something but I got it anyhow, Nexus 7 got magnits inside that reflect cover so that case have that as well. I was trying to get something may be more rubber ,something like spike but they're not available yet and they usually without cover with heavy backs. Damn thing is a 1$ right now ... this is starting to be a bit scary how good can it but for a buck .....LOL
