New phone woes

So I recently had to get a new phone and had a choice between s10 and lg40 and I honestly am torn. Are the differences negligible?

They are very similar, I have heard the V40 has a better audio chip so if you are into audio that may be a good feature. Cameras in the Samsung high end phones has also been very good, they usually rank up there with the iPhones.
