[new]Which laptop should I buy?

ASUS Eee PC 1015PEM-MU17-WT 10.1-Inch Netbook

1GB DDR3 RAM, 1 SODIMM Slot, 2GB Max; Intel GMA 3150 graphics; No Optical Drive
250GB SATA Hard Drive (5400RPM) + 500GB Free Web Storage; 3 x USB 2.0 ports

OR

Toshiba NB505-N508BL 10.1-Inch Netbook

Intel Atom processor N455 1.66 GHz, 512KB L2 Cache
Configured with 1GB DDR2 (works at 667MHz, max 2GB)
250GB (5400 RPM) Serial ATA hard disk drive

I also noticed they come with Windows Starter, is that bad?

It's not bad... but your very limited... For instance... you can't run more then 3 programs at a time ...

I'd go with the Asus... DDR3 memory is much better then DDR2...
