It's bad enough that three times a week my stupid cable blares this crap out over what I'm trying to watch. We don't need this. It's not like we didn't survive this long without TV emergency warnings. Christ, make the cable company just override the broadcast WHEN there's an emergency. How many tests does it take? None of us care about the test, that's the responsibility of the local government. Set the test to blare into your office/meeting/lunch/wife's soaps.

I'm sick of politicians thinking stuff is all good and needed for us, yet they don't have to suffer through it themselves.
