Nextbook 11.6 connection

I've been using the Wi-Fi at home just fine, now I'm in a hotel, the WiFi says connected but I have no internet access. The Wi-Fi is working on my phone.
Help?

Most hotels have stitch-up arrangements with companies that live on the advertising revenue they can provide. It's possible your anti-virus is preventing you from opening the page where you have to agree to their terms and conditions.

If it's that bad, your AV is doing you a favour.

Hopefully your phone has some protection.
