Nextbook tablet automatic repair loop problem

Hello, I have a nextbook tablet
(Model no: nxw101qc232s)
I tried to fix it, but one of my friends said the reason it was on a loop because I didn't update it and I turned it off while it was updating
I went to geek squad and they said there's nothing they could do about it
I used command prompt and tried to download a iso of Windows 10

download the media creation tool and use it on another windows 10 system to create a bootable USB flash drive.

boot with it and try to repair (advanced options) the windows installation on the nextbook.

Ok, what if I want to boot a system image repair by using this easeUs Todo software

I don´t know easeUS and don´t know how it works. Usually the backup software can create a bootable disk/USB drive. With this you can boot and select the image you made earlier, to restore the computer.
