nextbook wifi problem

i use century link...my son has authentification problem on his nextbook tablet when he tries to connect to wifi

Any WiFi or just the one at the house? Did you check for updates to the tablet? Try rebooting the router and tablet and trying again? Maybe try a different security setting (say WPA instead of WPA2) to test.
