Nextbook windows 8.1 tablet

When I reset my windows 8.1 tablet I thought It got stuck on 42% so I turned it off, now when I turn it back on it goes to preparing automatic repair and diagnosing your pc and then it will turn off. please help!!

I cant do that because right after it goes to diagnosing your pc it turns off, so it cant go to the login screen, I cant do anything with it

Ensure fully chargered. Create 32 bit Windows USB install via windows media creation tool. Install OTG microUSB to USB adapter into tablet. Install USB hub to said adapter. Install keyboard, mouse, and USB install media into hub. Power up tablet and immediately hit the ESC key. This will get you in.

I get stuck here the screen freezes on memtest ok. At the bottom it sad ESC enter boot options. That's I can ctrl+alt+del to reboot back to the same screen. How do I roll it back to the previous boot menu with the six icons?
