Not able to run data CDs (mp3 CDs),
Not able to run Video CDs
Not able to update files in HDD (it says 30 GBs)
Not able to make SD slot work.

It may be password protected and if it is, we can't help. If you don't have a users manual, Google for one. It's too complex to work on it without that help.

I tried to find Users manual but not able to, Is there any known location where I can find one.

I can only see .pdf downloads from dubious websites or in Japanese. You'll have to talke it to a repair bay
