"struggling to cope with the fact that many people are now choosing to game on their phones and tablets as opposed to handheld gaming devices or consoles."

This. Is. Not. True.

Do we need to drill the fact into your heads?

For the casual gaming market that nintendo has catered to in the last decade or so, yes, this is absolutely true.

I bet they could do well in the phone gaming market if they came out with a phone capable mobile device and supported 3rd party apps with a software and a storefront.

Haven't touched a console since N64 and PS1.. but SNES was the best console ever in my opinion. Solid, simple, and the best library of games the gaming world has ever known.

one net loss and you're already talking about bankruptcy? wow jump the gun there.

[citation][nom]dreadlokz[/nom]Consoles are dead! Hopefully will vanish in the next 10 years and let PC gaming have whats comming =)[/citation]

Consoles will not be dead. They will evolve into complete home entertainment systems. True I would love more PC games but the fact that piracy is still an issue that scares many game devs from going PC only. So blame players that steal games for making PC gaming not what it should be, on top!
