" If Nintendo can complement its handful of major blockbusters with some strong third-party exclusives". Nintendo has pissed on 3rd party FAR too long to be able to do this without some SERIOUS $groveling$. Don't hold your breath. And any portable needs to be AT LEAST 4-6hours of play on a charge. HELL NO! No thanks. Not to mention, $299 for the hardware is highway robbery considering the innards of the thing. Again - no. But I'm sure the Nintendo fan was overlook these points and get in line anyway.

@BOILERBUZZ: why do you think the price point is too high? The thing has a superb screen and can run the latest cutting-edge game engines... while being a handheld. It's extremely impressive in my opinion. While it may not match up with the PS4 specs-wise, it's also much smaller and more compact than it. The touchscreen also has haptic feedback and so do the controllers, so I think the price is actually great for what you're getting.
