Nividia shadowplay not working.

My Nividia shadowplay is not working for me. I recently got a new computer and ever since then I can't record or do anything like that. The only thing that works is that I can change the settings. I have tried a lot of fixes on the internet. One of the is to close Nivida streamer service. But in services.msc it isn't even there. I don't know how to fix it and any help would be appreciated.
