Question No analog button on realtek manager

I cant click on analog button on realtek manager... whenever i click on analog it takes me to the speakers tab... i need it to change to headset so that i can use my earphone mic.. help.

Does it have one MIC port and one earphone port or a combined headset port?

I connect it on 3.5mm jack and my laptop model is Lenovo Ideapad S410p

It is combined port

Its weird theres no option for my mic and also speaker... the only option is realtek microphone and realtek speakers

And my earphone works fine on other devices.

install the latest audio driver from the lenovo support homepage

I already tried to install the latest driver and i tried the Lenovo System Update still cant... my audio driver version is 6.0.1.7503 if i try to download something more latest than that im unable to open realtek audio manager

I think 6.0.1.7503 is the latest audio driver i can go... is there any other way?
