No apps installed

SAMSUNG HG43ED690AB You have already solved one problem for me with this TV now I wonder if you can help with another. I do not have any apps in the app section, only the web browser and I would like, if possible to install a couple, the main one I want at present is Amazon Prime app, is it possible or am I asking for the moon?

If you can't find a way to do that with the remote it doesn't do apps. Being a hotel TV that's not a surprise.
Get a streaming device to do that. The Amazon Firestick or new Firecube being the first ones to look at.

I have a Fire stick I was just trying to save money so that I didn't have to buy another one, the one I have is on my bedroom tv at present. Thanks anyway
