No audio through new headset?

I just got a new headset it's the etekcity h5gx and I cannot hear any audio through my headset. I'm using my rear audio ports on my PC and I have Realtek audio drivers (up to date). This is my PC https/m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16883227436&Tpk=ne625fx
The front audio ports don't work so I able to use the back ones. Any help please?

Right click the speaker icon in Windows and select "playback devices".
Check that the realtek output is the default audio device, not SPDIF, your graphics card or monitor.
Also check that you are connecting to the right sockets.
