No audio, video from setop box

I am using a setop box called digitel. I see channel numbers changing on the setop box display. But the TV shows 'signal loss' message and not audio or video come through.

What could be the issue. It is the same result with HDMI cable and AV cable.

If you see the same result with every wire, the issue is most probably your setup box. Have you tested it with another TV? Does your TV work with a VCR/DVD/game console?

Thanks you are right, TV works with HDMI from my laptop. Since the settop box shows channel number display but no signal to TV. I guess some issue with the settop box.
 
I see. Check all the wires on the setup box, if they're all plugged correctly, or screwed tight (hand only). If all seem okay, then call the company. (Digitel) They should be able to assist you.
