No bass output on subwoofer on Galaxy Star Pro

Guys I recently got a new Samsung Galaxy Star Pro, and when setting it up, it turns out that when I play music on a full set of speakers (not earphones), I noticed that the subwoofer is not emitting any sound. Using earphones provide normal sound, complete from the bass to the treble. I've tried this on three different sets of speakers, and all of them had the same result. Testing the bass from a laptop shows that they're working properly. Is there anything that I should be doing to get the bass from the subwoofers?

What kind of sound system is this? 2.1?

How many speakers is the 2 part.

How many subwoofers is the other part.

So say you have 8 speakers and 3 subwoofes, it would be 8.3.

And your speaker's wiring is all connected properly, I assume?

I would mess with the equalizers on your phone - try the Bass booster equalizer and see if anything happens.
