No beeps okgoogle

Audible beeps cannot be heard using OK GOOGLE. I only hear them when headphones are plugged in. This happened since September 14 update? Please help me. Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, through Verizon. LOLLIPOP

Have you tried uninstalling the update? Or even checked for more recent updates?

Yes. Everyone on every board has tried EVERTHING, from volume control to updares, to resetting phone. We want to know if Tom'so or somebody can contact Google directly to see what they did?
It works on my 2 tablets but not on my phone!

Have you tried clearing the search data from the Google App?

YES! I have spent 2 days now doing EVERYTHING as my initial letter stated.
HOW about contacting Google on behalf of ALL of the "community"?

BTW, we don't contact companies directly. This sounds more like an issue you need to resolve with Verizon anyway. Good luck.
