No boot device found help

I have a dell Inspiron 3135 and every time I turn it on it says No boot device found is there anyway I can fix this and if not how much would it to be get it fixed at Best Buy
 
Solution

First remove any USB connected flash drives/external drives.
If that doesn't help, then situation is a bit more serious.
You can get such message if disk drive has failed. It may have damaged boot record or it might have died altogether.
To repair it, you first determine health of the drive.
Replace it if necessary.
After that fix boot record or reinstall OS.
Hello... That error message tell you the MB BIO's could not locate a "Bootable file or media" to use. B /
How many physical drives do you have in your laptop? and how old is the "Boot" Drive?
