No cable connection

Have an older tv with no coaxial output. How do I connect to cable?

Assuming you meant no coaxial input, what inputs does your TV have or does it just have an antenna hookup?

Has RGB,in and out - DVI in - RS 232 plus usual Video/Audio in ports as well as component video audio in.

Get a set top box from your cable company and use the Component video inputs.
