no cursor visible

I switched on my Lenobo G50 -45 Laptop and while it was warming up i decided to wipe the sceen. The cursor wad vidible but it couldn't be moved. Digned in and the cursor disappeared. Can you help or do i need to install a mouse.

Have you tried turning it off and back on after this occurred to see if it gets resolved?

You may want to hook up the external mouse, not as a permanent fix, but to help you get through screens to fix the issue. Once you can do things on the screen I would suggest updating the Synaptics driver (which is for the touchpad).
