Hello, thanks for stopping by.

I just built my pc with these parts:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/GMxq8d

I assembled everything and connected my monitor and tested it, but there was no display. So, I took out my graphics card and tested it and it worked. I researched this issue and found out that I had to disable the integrated graphics card in my motherboard via BIOS settings.

Therefore, I started my pc (without graphics card) and went to BIOS and changed the following settings: Internal Graphics Mode > Changed it from UMA to Disable & Internal Graphics... (I forgot what the exact name was) > Changed from PCI to PCI-Express.

Now, I installed my graphics card; but it still doesn't display anything 🙁
And, worse of all when I take out graphics card to go back to BIOS settings - there is now no more display.

Note: The monitor blue display cable is plugged into the motherboard.

Please help me out.
Thanks.

As soon as you connect your graphics card it should display though it instantly, so I would say make sure your card is correctly placed and in the right connector as well as firmly in place.
