no fan and harddisk spin and no display but cpu is not hot after reinstalled RAM, what is the cause?

I removed RAM, but the fan is not spin and hard disk is not spin, cpu is not hot but power LED is on, what may cause this? Lenovo laptop.

Without RAM a laptop can´t boot.

Did you install new RAM or the old ones again? Or why did you remove the RAM in the first place?

Which Lenovo model is it?
