No fire wall

in addition to not having a firewall my resident shiedl is not active . online shield is partially functional can you help me

What program is this? Have you tried rebooting?

Can try a off-line virus scan, dowload the Avira Antivir scan CD, run it on your PC.

Also get Malwarebytes, install it. Reboot the PC in Safe Mode with Networking, run a Full scan on the system using it.
