I want to recommend my cousin to buy this laptop http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834232237 based off the specs, it seems like a good deal. But i have not found any reviews for this laptop. Can someone tell me if this laptop is good or bad?

Based on the specs, it seems to be a good laptop. It will be mainly used for basic use and light photo and video editing. Only low end games are recommended as the gpu is not that powerful enough to play the latest games.

I'm looking for it to run games like cs go and tf2.

That is more than sufficient enough to play those games. I would try and get the intel version of this laptop as they are more reliable.
