How can I watch tv for next 3 weeks whilst they arrange my home move

Pretty much left to mobile data (using your cellphone as a hotspot)..... that can get expensive though, depending on your plan and consumption.

Alternatively.... you might find a sympathetic neighbor who would let you use their Wifi (if you're within range).... but don't expect that. You'd need to find a trusting individual. Even then, depending on the range, it may not be a viable option.

You could use an over the air antenna to get local channels
