Question No mouse Windows 10 22H2 update

My clone is ASUS PQ5 DO and has been running windows quite well until this week it update to 22H2, now I do not have a usb mouse. I have determined it to be a USB driver that is not compatible. I have downloaded an updated driver for this board to a thumb drive with another computer. How can I install that driver without a mouse? I have been able to boot with Hiren boot disk into a mini windows but that has not enabled me to update the needed driver. Any suggestions?

you can install it by using the keyboard
press WINDOWS-key + E to open the explorer
use arrow keys and TAB and enter to navigate

or enable the keyboard mouse (Press Alt + Left Shift + Num Lock. )
use the numlok keys to navigate
