Question No option to add/change contact picture in outlook

Hi guys

New to this forum, but i have a problem with my outlook program, i cannot add or change my contact picture, the option isn't even there for me to click on.

Is it a private PC or from a company?

just how it should look like in Office 365 with an Microsoft Exchange account. Not sure if your mail address is supported for this feature:

Sorry about that.

I’m on Windows 10, using office 365 and it’s on my personal laptop at home.

Now i’ve got another problem, I deleted office 365 from my laptop, then reinstalled office, but now I can’t install any email accounts what so ever, just keeps asking me to re submit my info etc.

how did you reinstall it? Usually you log into the Microsoft office 365 account via the internet and install/ download office.

That’s exactly how I reinstalled it, from their website. I’ve sorted the problem of adding email addresses, I had to do via the control panel, but I still don’t have the option to add a profile picture.

Did this work before? Maybe uploading it via the website of office is possible.
