Question No option to change boot mode for Toshiba Satellite NB15t-A1302.

I recently got the "Reboot and select proper Boot device" error and tried to change the boot mode to fix this.
There is no dropdown or option to switch my boot mode in BIOS. I've restarted my laptop several times and tried to do these things over and over.
I already tried to change the boot order and the time/date are correct.
Please help!

tried to change from one HDD disk to another

I've known to be required the F10 key in some Dell laptops.
