No picture on my tv just sound

my insignia tv has no picture, can someone help me please. thank you

From any source? The screen is either dead or you have a board issue, possibly with the capacitors. Insignia is a cheaper brand, depending on the size of the TV it would probably be cheaper to just replace it rather than repair it unless you know how to do the work yourself.
