No screen display samsung v20

I have a V20 and the screen lights up but nothing more, when I plug in remote lcd screen it shows the startup samsung display?

your description is vague

could you please explain, if your laptop LCD works at all? If it does, what is displayed?

external monitor I'm not sure either, does your computer load into windows normally via using an external display? or is it stuck? any error messages displayed?

what have you done with your computer right before this problem started?
