Solved! No sound from connecting JBL SB450 soundbar to TV Hisence 4k UHD 6 series.

I am not getting any sound from my JBL SB450 soundbar. I have changed the sound setting on my Hisence 4K UHD 6 series to Arc as connected HDMI cable from Soundbar Arc connection to TV's Arc connection. The Soundbar and Subwoofer are paired, but no sound at all... Any solutions?

Make sure you connected the soundbar HDMI output to the HDMI-ARC connection on the TV. There is only one HDMI input on the TV labeled ARC.
You did turn ARC on in the TV menu so try changing the audio output type in the same menu.
Make sure you select ARC as your input on the soundbar.

Thank you, Changed the audio setting type on the Hisence TV and now have sound through the Soundbar speakers.
