No sound on all video calls

Help please.
When I use video calls with whatsup or viber or hangout I can hear others but they doesn't hear me. I've reset all data on my phone (Note 5) and set all authorizations in setting applications but the same problem !
When I record videos or I send voice messages it works perfectly.

Then it has to be something in the video calling app, not the phone. You would have to check the apps settings.
