no sound output

hello,
there is no sound output in my acer aspire V5-531/571,,i have checked my playback and speaker settings,,they are ok, but still there is no sound and ihave window 8,,plz help to fix it.

In Control Panel, Device manager, Sound, Viedo and Game Controller are all the Devices working?
